Do you struggle with saying no? Or saying yes? Have no idea when to say yes or when to say no?
Since the start of 2019, I have had dozens of conversations with women about this idea of saying yes. For some of us, we say yes to things out of guilt. Others of us think that people won’t like us if we don’t say yes. Are we saying yes when we really should say no? And vice versa?
Let me take it a step further. What if we don’t just say yes to everything. What if we also have to learn to say no?
And, what if we don’t need to say yes every single time someone presents an opportunity? What if we need to be so clear on our goals, dreams and desires, that we ONLY say yes when it is in full alignment? What would that look like for you? What would you be able to say no to?
Today, I’m giving you the FOUR questions you should ask yourself before you say yes!
I’m busting through the myths that saying no is selfish. Spoiler alert…it’s not.
In the words of my friend, Andrea, “If it’s not a hell yes this year, then it’s a big no!”.
You have big, bold things to do in 2019! Let’s get you ready to say yes to the opportunities and people coming your way!
